The House Speaker is the leader of the House of Representatives. The House Speaker is voted into speakership by the majority vote of the House and is confirmed by the Chancellor.
The House Speaker is the first Congressional official in the order of precedence and the second in the chancellorship line of succession, after the Vice Chancellor.

There is 1 House Representative from each region, for a total of 200 Representatives from each Federation world, and a total of 2,400 Representatives all 12 Federation worlds.
