Atlantica Federation Blue Star (AFBS), or Blue Star for short, is a Health Agency organization that provides medical assistance at home, in Federation space, and abroad.
Unlike the Atlantica Federation Emergency Management Agency (AFEMA), Blue Star does not operate during emergency or disaster situations only.
